Today, I had a one-hour coaching session with one of our clients. He has not taken any personal or professional development workshops in over 15 years. He is excited about having the opportunity to work with us and take his business to the next level.

Saturday 10-24-09, we had our first web hosted training class. It was a blast. One of the interesting points is that ordinarily I meet with my clients, students or employees beforeI start a training coaching program so that I understand the different personality types. Obviously that wasn't the case with this webinar with people being all over Northern California.The good news is that in our opening statements and introductions we were able to capture everything we needed to begin to connect with our participants. The classes are better, but this gives students nationally and internationally the opportunity to develop a strategic plan for their life in 4 short weeks. Students also receive personalized and individual coaching from Sarah and I. Sarah has over 25 years of coaching and training experience and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management; she is also a Certified Coach. Our classes include Goal Setting, "How to Get To and Talk To" the decision maker, Sales 101 and Treasure Mapping. Judging from the reactions that we got from the first class these classes will be life changing. You may see us on TV very soon! This week has been very interesting. It's all about Leadership! Today's daily bread says it all and I quote "Giants hold a special place in our lore—both historical and literary. From the real giant Goliath to the fictional giant of Jack and the Beanstalk fame, we are fascinated by these larger-than-life characters.
Sometimes we use the word giant to honor ordinary-size people who have done extraordinary things. One example is the 17th-century physicist Sir Isaac Newton. A committed Christian, he credited his success to other “giants” who had gone before. “If I have seen a little further,” he said, “it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.” Indeed, Newton became a giant on whose shoulders later scientists stood—even as they used his observations in the conquest of space flight.
How does this relate to Forttified Training you ask? Well because of Giants like Martin Luther King, Napoleon Hill. Earl Nightingale and countless others We are able to bring knowledge to whomever is seeking it from the child in school to the soldier coming back from a tour of duty. From the inmate in prison to the corporate executive and everyone in between. From the United States to around the globe!

Today I trained three young men

I just got finished training three young men on how to create, define and execute their goals. I also taught them "Treasure Charting". Two of them were my twin boys and one was a 21 year old. All three of these young men asked the right questions. It was very satisfying to be sharing the information with young people. They all have very bright futures.

Well last week we shot four more short videos For Forttifiedtraining. These were shot from an Automobile Driving museum in Southern Ca. They will be edited next week. While I was in So. Ca. I took the family to Disneyland and we stayed at they Fairmont in Newport Beach Nice!
Enough of that. This week at OneCommand Al Babbington and I did our first webinar and I am told it was a hit. We talked about how Automobile Dealers should approach marketing and communicating to the Post Recession buyer and FTC new regulations. This past week has been pretty hectic with travel to my Southern California office and taking on some additional responsibilities. Friday MC Hammer and I spent a couple of hours together Friday talking about Web 2.0 and all of the possibilities. Today (Sunday) was a very interesting day. As a result of beginning to set up all of the needed processes to bring my material to the masses I had a needed break in the action which church provided. Not surprisingly the message today was in line with one of the projects I am currently involved in. Namely helping people accomplish their goals! Today's focus in church were the youth. Today was youth Sunday. The youth basically ran the service. My church is called Christian Love Baptist. Our Pastor is passionate about help young people. We have a scholarship fund and today we handed out two scholarships. Today we also had two very compelling testimonies one from one of our deacons who managed to make it from a single parent household in the south one of 11 children 10 of which all graduated form college this is a heck of a feat for any family. It was extraordinary for an African American family in the south in the 7o's. The second testimony was from a gentlemen that is a recovering drug addict that has turned his life around. From soup lines, garbage cans and the streets of San Francisco to owning a business, a home a maybe more importantly a life that he feels good about. Both of these testimonies really speak to what I teach. On August 29th, 2009 I will be facilitating a goal setting work shop for the church .
